Sabian Muhammad is Head of Policy and Youth Engagement at Enterprise Lab. He is also a London 2012 Youth Advisory Board member, a Media Trust Ambassador and Somewhereto_ Advisory Board member. In 2009, Sabian made history speaking in the House of Lords. In 2010, Sabian went on to found the 'Why Do' campaign, a community impact initiative to get generations talking. He set the bar high by engaging 250,000 people in the space of 8 weeks via the 'Why Do' website. After the success of the campaign Sabian met Ketan Makwana and Naomi Timperley. Together they came up with a business concept which gave birth to Enterprise Lab. Enterprise Lab is a provider of Skills Enrichment programmes and Incubators, helping young people develop the skills they need to make the transition from education to the working environment. Sabian and his colleagues do this by bringing real businesses into the educational environment and setting students live challenges which they then have 6 weeks to complete. The approach has been recieved well globally with countries such as Cyprus, Turkey, Spain and Greece showing interest in it. On the other side of things Sabian is a social media consultant. Helping businesses and people understand how to make the most of the social media experience.
